The data will be stored:

– browsing on this website: up to the duration of the browsing session.

– newsletter subscription: up to the user’s opt-out, withdrawal of consent.

Is the provision of data mandatory? Or is it necessary? Or is it optional?

The provision of browsing data is necessary for purposes a) as it is carried out automatically to allow you to browse the website. The provision of personal data for purposes b), subscription to the newsletter, is free and optional. Failure to provide it will make it impossible to receive the Dell’Orto Spa newsletter.
