Rex, the first DELLORTO carburetor
DELLORTO manufactured the first carburetor with acronym SC 26 -commercialized as Rex-. The three founders developed the first carburetors for the main motorcycles manufacturers such as Guzzi, Benelli and Piaggio, performing all production phases (diecasting, mechanical machining and assembly) by creating a strategy which was not limited to the component manufacturing, but which controlled the whole production chain.
